What is your processing time?

* Processing time on regular days 1-3 business days. Processing time during New Stocks Release / RTS Drop is 3-6 business days.

 

Where is my tracking info?

* We print shipping label directly from the website so email containing tracking number will be sent to the email address used to placed the order. Please check your spam / junk folder, most time the shipping notifications email ended up on those folder.

 

Will you combine order?

* We are no longer combining orders however order over $85 will automatically get free shipping.

 

Do you offer Free Shipping?

* Single order with value over $85 will get free shipping.

 

My package is not moving, what should I do?

* Please sign up for tracking notifications through USPS website. You can sign up multiple times daily. This method works best to get your package moving again and to the right direction.
